Roy is an excellent diving instructor that has lead many AXA staff and others through the, often demanding, ways of the water. There was one occasion that we can remember when he was caught short for a lash and had to soil his dry-suit !! Roy is a great one for the pre and post-diving social life but somewhat gets distracted by the local wildlife (typical diver !!). He also still manages to bluff his way onto Club 18-30 holidays !!!
